Wayne County Legal Journal – Archive Access

Here you will find back issues of the Wayne County Legal Journal. As part of the launch of the new WCBA website in 2026, the PDF Archives now contain only the most recent five years of publications in PDF format. The on‑site Archives section currently includes 2025 through 2021. At the close of each calendar year, that year will be added to the on‑site Archives and the oldest year will be taken off‑line.

If you need an issue from an earlier year within the offline archive, please contact the publisher at 570‑251‑1512 or email baileyadv@ptd.net. To assist in locating the correct issue, please have the year and month of publication available if possible. If you are searching for a specific notice that appeared in a past issue, we are here to help you find it.

Please note that the PDF archive for the Wayne County Legal Journal only extends back to 2011. If you cannot find what you are looking for in the Journal, reach out to the Tri‑County Independent at 570‑253‑3055, as legal notices must be published in two publications of the county of record. If you need a notice or sheriff’s sale published before 2011, please contact the Tri‑County Independent at 570‑253‑3055 for assistance.
