The Wayne County Legal Journal is the official publication of the Wayne County Bar Association. It is not the newspaper of general circulation designated for legal advertisements under Pennsylvania law.

Publication in the Wayne County Legal Journal, standing alone, does not satisfy statutory publication requirements applicable to matters requiring publication in a newspaper of general circulation, unless specifically authorized by applicable law or court order.

Certain matters are required to be published in the Wayne County Legal Journal pursuant to orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County or other applicable legal authority. Those requirements apply only to the specific proceedings identified by the applicable rule, statute, or court order.
