Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:
HONESDALE, PA- May 7, 2026
MARK GAUGHAN, age 71, of Mount Pocono, PA was sentenced to not less than five (5) months nor more than twenty-three and one half (23 ½) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession With Intent to Deliver- Marijuana.
LESTER LUTZ, age 55, of Honesdale, PA was placed on probation with restrictive conditions for a period of nine (9) months on one count of DUI – Controlled Substance – Schedule 2 or 3 and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege Suspended/Revoked.
JOHN FOLEY, age 69, of Lake Ariel, PA was placed on Probation with restrictive conditions for a period of six (6) months on one count of DUI – Highest Rate.
MIGUEL FIGUEROA, age 52, of the Bronx, NY was placed on Probation for a period of six (6) months on one count of DUI.
