Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the arrest of Jason A. Hook, 34, of Dingmans Ferry Pike County PA. Hook is charged with a variety of counts of sexual assault of a child in both Pike County and Wayne County. The criminal complaints from both counties are enclosed with this press release.

A preliminary arraignment was held by the Honorable District Judge Bonnie Carney for the charges filed in Wayne County Myers. Judge Carney denied bail and remanded the defendant to the Pike County prison. A preliminary hearing for the charges filed in Wayne County is to be set by the Court.

On August 10, 2021, the charges filed in Pike County were bound over by Honorable District Judge Paul Menditto after a preliminary hearing.
