Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

HONESDALE, PA-May 4th, 2023

TIMOTHY ROBERT WILLIAMS, age 60, of Honesdale, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 6 months for one count of DUI (M).

CALIN JOAN RIFFLE, age 54, of Petersburg, VA, was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Cruelty to Animals (M2).

VANGERGRIFF FULLER, age 25, of Honesdale, PA, was issued a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.

JOSEPH MAZZARINO, age 65, of Point Pleasant, NJ, was issued a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
