Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Bonnie L. Carney, Magisterial Judge in Hawley, PA. within Wayne County.

HONESDALE, PA- June 8th, 2023

MICHEAL ANGELO YZKANIN, of Gouldsboro, PA, was charged with seven counts of arson related offenses and was preliminary arraigned on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Bail was set at $250,000 and Yzkanin was unable to post bail. His next court appearance will be Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at the Wayne County Courthouse.
