Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:
HONESDALE, PA- April 13th, 2023
CHRISTOPHER WRIGHT, age 45, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to a period of no less than 45 months nor more than 108 months incarcerated in State Correctional Institution on one count of Stalking-Commits Acts To Cause Fear (F3) and one count of Simple Assault (M2).
JOSHUA CLEMENS, age 33, from Honesdale, PA was sentenced to 45 months to 108 months incarcerated in State Correctional Institution on one count of Criminal Use of Communication Facility (F3), one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin/Fentanyl (F), one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance (M) and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M).
JOHN E. KRESGE, age 47, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to no less than 18 months nor more than 48 months incarcerated in State Correctional Institution on one count of Simple Assault- Physical Menace (M2) and one count of Simple Assault (M2) with a restitution amount of $2,838.14 to be paid to the victim.
PHILIP MICHAEL DAYTON, age 30, of East Meadow, NY was sentenced to no less than 2 months nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver- Psilocybin Mushrooms (F).
BRADLEY SWASEY, age 21 was found to be in violation of his probation and was sentenced to 3 months to 23 ½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility.
CHASE VINTON, age 32, from Pleasant Mount, PA was issued a bench warrant for failure to appear in court
TAMMY LYN KENOWSKY, age 52, from Honesdale, PA was issued a bench warrant for failure to appear in court
