Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following case was addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court:

HONESDALE, PA- June 8th, 2023

MICHAEL RODRIGUEZ, age 26, of Patchogue, NY, was sentenced to 12 months to 84 months incarcerated in State Correctional Institution on one count of Corruption of Minors Related to Sexual Offenses (F3), one count of Corruption of Minors (M1) and one count of Sell/Furnish Liquor, Malt, Brewed Beverage to Minors (M3).

NOEMI MARIA TELEKY, age 68, of Carbondale, PA, was sentenced to a period of 6 months on probation on one count of False Statements-Obtain Food Stamps/Assistance (M1).
