MICHAEL WILLIAM CARABALLO, age 48 of Lake Ariel Pa, was sentenced to 5 years probation with 90 days house arrest through the SCRAM program, for one count of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (M1) and one count of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended/Revoked (S). He was also ordered to pay the cost of Prosecution, pay a mandatory minimum fine of $1,700.00, participate and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his drug and alcohol assessment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations for treatment. JAMES WILLIAM DEFAZIO JR, age 37 of Lake Ariel Pa, was sentenced to 6 months probation with 72 hours house arrest through the SCRAM program, for one count of Driving Under the Influence Highest Rate (M). He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay a mandatory minimum fine of $1,000.00, participate and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his drug and alcohol assessment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety Program, and attend AA/NA meetings. This incident occurred on December 18, 2019 in Lake Township.

STEPHEN MICHAEL GERHARDT, age 21 of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 6 months nor more than 24 months for two counts of Simple Assault (M2). He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, participate in an anger management program, obtain his GED, and obtain employment with in 30 days or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. This incident occurred August 13, 2020 in Honesdale Borough.

JAMES HAFFNER, age 55 of Gouldsboro Pa, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at a ARD Revocation Hearing.

SIDNEY HORWITH, age 39 of Honesdale Pa, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 30 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Criminal Trespass – Enter a Structure (F3). He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $10,661.21, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and continue with his mental health treatment and comply with any recommendations for treatment. This incident occurred on September 19, 2020 in Honesdale Borough.

DANIEL JONES, age 42 of Camp Hill Pa, was sentenced to undergo incarceration in a State Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 27 months nor more than 60 months for one count of Aggravated Harassment by a Prisoner (F3). This incident occurred on January 31, 2019 in Canaan Township.

MARY MASKER, age 45 of Hawley Pa, was sentenced to 3 months probation for one count of Retail Theft (M2). She was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, and is to refrain from entering Walmart located in Honesdale Pa. This incident occurred on October 28, 2020 in Texas Township.

JAMIROQUAI T. MAYWEATHER, age 23 of Kingston Pa, was sentenced to 6 months probation for one count of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana (M). He was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay a fine of $200.00, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment, and obtain employment within 60 days or provide documentation from a doctor precluding him from employment. This incident occurred on June 23, 2020 in Sterling Township.

PATRICIA PATERSON, age 62 of Pleasant Valley NY, was sentenced to 6 months probation with 30 days house arrest through the SCRAM program for one count of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M). She was also ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $5,658.37, pay a mandatory minimum fine of $750.00, participate and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with her drug and alcohol assessment, complete the Alcohol Highway Safety program, and obtain, at a minimum, part-time employment within 30 days. This incident occurred July 8, 2020 in Berlin Township.

ALEX PONTOSKY, age 32 of Lake Ariel Pa, previously sentenced on March 21, 2019 to 90 days to 5 years in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police (F3) and one count Driving Under the influence of Alcohol (M1), was resentenced to undergo incarceration in the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less then 6 months nor more than 32 months.

CHRISTOPHER VENTICINQUE, age 34 of Moscow Pa, was issued a Bench Warrant for failure to appear at a Bail Revocation Hearing.
