Chris earned a BA in International Politics in 1983 from Penn State. She attended Widener University of Law, Harrisburg campus, graduating in December 2002 cum laude. She was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in April 2003 and has maintained a practice in Honesdale since then. She was also admitted to the New York bar in 2011 and the U.S. Middle District Court in 2014. She currently serves as Editor of the Wayne County Legal Journal, Chairman of the Wayne County Public Library Board, and is a member of the Wayne Woodlands Manor Board. Chris grew up a military brat, attending three different high schools in Germany, Kansas and New York before graduating in 1980. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International Politics in1983 from Penn State, and raised two children as a full-time mother before returning to the Honesdale area in 1996 where she worked for a local bank as an internal auditor. In 1998 she took on law school part-time and graduated cum laude in 2002. She has worked at the firm her father started ever since and continues to reside in Honesdale.
